Edits and photography
The edits are style directions rather than a live stock catalogue. Photographs do not confirm actual item availability, materials, size, measurements or price. Saved notes do not reserve goods or establish a fit.
Local records
Saved edits and outfit plans stay on this browser and can be lost if local data is cleared. They are not synchronised through sign-in. You choose whether to attach a copy to an enquiry.
Enquiries and orders
Submitting a form is not an order. The seller, exact goods, size information, materials, full price, delivery arrangements, cancellation and returns terms must be separately agreed before payment.
Account access and payment
Keep credentials private. Email verification and automated password recovery are not provided. Only an order reference assigned to your account can be paid through the invoice page. Browser notes and preferences never determine an invoice amount.
Questions and rights
Contact the boutique with a relevant reference about an item, delivery, cancellation, return or complaint. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
